今天因上網查找資料的偶然中,看到了這一篇文章。

行銷策略與行銷計畫有什麼不同?

簡單地說,其區別就是:行銷策略定義的是目標,而行銷計畫則是執行手段。

當然,這篇文章的作者最主要的目的是希望你能去參加她的課程或購買她的行銷服務,但是遠在台灣的我們,就算真的有需要,應該還是鞭長莫及吧?...XD

而po這段文的目的主要也是為了學英文。所以,這是我的策略,手段雖然稍嫌笨拙的些,但還是多少有達到目的。也算是成功地執行了策略......XDDDD

因為說到策略跟計畫的差別,我們真的很容易在一些企業公司中發現文章中所提到的定位不清的問題。

比方說,本來一個行銷專案的策略精神應該是增加「營收」20%,但行銷計畫與活動卻被導向成為增加「營業額」20%,因為老闆喜歡看數字嘛,關於銷售量、營業額這種數字當然是越多看起來越爽,但整個專案卻因而脫離本質,老闆也渾然不知。

也許,這是為何要將行銷策略與行銷計畫定義清楚的目的了。
